The common perception of what Ethiopia is like couldn’t be further from the truth. Lush green mountains, vibrant colours, smiling faces and an ancient heritage. Ethiopian Airways wanted to show Ethiopia as a fascinating tourist destination but also promote the country’s Millennium Year in 2007. We filmed in various locations and also used some archive footage to make sure we included many colourful facets of this amazing country. We’d definitely like to visit again.
